We believe the Awa-Shima Fishing Tackle Co is the first Asian group that has opened up direct sales from its Asian factories to its distribution wholesalers based all over Europe and the rest of the World.
ALL Awa-Shima products are produced by our own factories. This enables Awa-Shima to provide fishing tackle of the highest quality at very competetive prices.
Awa-Shima Europe Ltd with its headquarters based in Bratislava (Slovakia) is the main distribution depot for the whole of Europe, North and South America. Also serviced from the Bratislavan depot are a few Eastern counties including Ukraine and Russia.
Asia and Australasia are serviced by our sister company the IFT Group located in Taiwan.
The aim of Awa-Shima is to produce high quality fishing tackle at competetive prices, innovative design and a rigourous after sales assistance policy that includes a 3 year period of warranty on almost all our rods and reels.
Our range specialises mainly on the Spinning and Sea fishing area's of our great sport. We employ/sponsor a group of some of the finest anglers in the world. Our design engineers work very closely with our anglers to produce fishing tackle that has undergone the most rigourous of tests in REAL fishing situations.
